Based in South Island New Zealand i have over 2400 pro guide days experience and have been full time since 1991 . As well as guiding i am also a pro fly tier and developer a filmmaker and teach a lot of folk the art of fly fishing . A strong passion for all things freshwater ecology and natural history run through my operation . Guiding is diverse with focus on sight fishing spring creeks-backcountry rivers- small streams -freestone rivers - large braided rivers for Brown Trout , Searun Brown Trout , Rainbow Trout and Brook Char .
