Cholila Mountain Lodge has a main house of 350 mts. squares of two floors and a large fleet of 1,500 mts. with 700 feet of shoreline on Lake Lezana. It is strategically located on the mountain of Cholila (140 kms and 210 kms from Esquel to Bariloche) and is surrounded by four acres of native forest species typical of the area as cohihues, radales, ñires and cypresses. It also has a house home; home staff and guides; stable (with place for BBQ, clay oven, tack room and boxes); garden and greenhouse; dock and gazebo and three balconies. It is part of a field of 416 hectares which is crossed by two "mountain streams" (Argentine and Pedregoso). Within the field there is a "Wildlife Refuge" (Wildlife Reserve) of 226 hectares. where it helps protect endangered species (native ancient forests coihues, cypress, beech and huemul, eagle, condor, herds of wild horses, etc.). Lago Cholila y Río Carrilefú: mejor sitio de pesca de la zona sobre las márgenes de río Carrileufú a escasos metros de su nacimiento en el lago, lugar donde se conjugan una serie de factores que hacen de éste, un ambiente especialmente utilizado por los salmones del Atlántico, las truchas arco iris, las truchas de arroyo o fontinalis y las percas. Esta concentración de peces de distintas especies se debe a la abundancia de comida debido a la fuerte oxigenación y al aporte del arroyo Pedregoso que une sus aguas al Carrileufú inmediatamente aguas arriba.
